Penn State Wrestling won its third consecutive national championship tonight under Cael Sanderson, and Quentin Wright and Ed Ruth both took home individual titles.
With five wrestlers in tonight’s NCAA Championships, Penn State aims for its third consecutive national title. Currently clinging to a 5-point lead over second place Oklahoma State (114.5-109.5), it will be up to Nico Megaludis, David Taylor, Matt Brown, Ed Ruth, and Quentin Wright to keep the Nittany Lions in first place.

Despite flying under the radar compared to flashier names, Matt Stankiewitch enjoyed a solid senior season that earned him First Team All-Big Ten honors and an invitation to the NFL Combine.
