Student White Out Declared for UCF Game

When UCF comes into Happy Valley on Saturday night for the biggest non-conference game of the year, the Knights won’t be the only ones wearing white.

For the first time since last year’s Homecoming game against #24 Northwestern, a student whiteout has been declared. This won’t be a full-stadium white out, however. We’ll need to wait for the Homecoming game against Michigan on October 12 for the full-stadium “White House”.

After posting a 10-4 record in 2012, Central Florida has started off the season 2-0, with wins over Akron and Florida International. They’ve outscored those two opponents 76-7. Led by QB Blake Bortles, UCF’s offense has scored a touchdown on 10-of-21 drives this year, and has not turned the ball over one time.

It should be an electric atmosphere for the only 6 p.m. game of the year in Beaver Stadium.
