Penn State has had a long-standing tradition of sending quality players to the NFL, and the 2013 season is no exception. Highlighted by stellar performances from linebacker Paul Posluszny and NaVorro Bowman, as well as quarterback Matt McGloin, former Nittany Lions are making their presence felt around the league.
Tim Frazier, D.J. Newbill, and Allen Roberts combined to score 51 points and propel Penn State to an 84-52 blowout of Monmouth University.
The Penn State Student-Athlete Advisory Board (or SAAB) is hosting an online auction to raise money for THON, selling 24 items that would interest just about any Penn State sports fan. The auction runs until Tuesday, December 10 at 3 p.m., so there's plenty of time to get your hands on some Nittany Lions memorabilia, but the prices are going up quickly.
