Nittany Lions Drop Double Overtime Heartbreaker to No. 9 Akron

By a penalty kick straight out of a video game, the eleventh ranked Nittany Lions fell to the ninth ranked Akron Zips 2-1 in double overtime last night to conclude Penn State's regular season.

Landscape Architecture Program Ranked No. 1

Penn State's undergraduate Landscape Architecture program has been ranked #1 by Design Intelligence. The program jumped two spots this year, up from a #3 ranking a year ago. It was previously the highest ranked undergraduate Landscape Architecture program in the poll in 2007.
