Jamaica Junction Owner Receives Prison Sentence

The Owner of Jamaica Junction is sentenced to serve 11 and-a-half to 23 and-a-half months in the Centre County Correctional Facility for selling synthetic marijuana from his store. Last September, Michael Hultberg pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver and possession of paraphernalia with intent to deliver. In addition to the jail sentence Hultberg will pay a $500 fine and will give up all contraband seized by police. Investigators reportedly confiscated thousands of devices used to ingest illicit drugs from Hultberg's store, along with more than 3,000 packages of synthetic marijuana.
