Pennsylvania residents interested in attending Penn State Dickinson School of Law got some incredible news this morning. The university announced a new grant program -- called the Commonwealth Scholars program -- which will provide in-state students a $20,000 renewable grant to attend Penn State Law.

For the second straight year, average attendance for Penn State football games was the fifth highest in the nation. The team averaged 96,587 fans at home this year, which is slightly down from 2012, when 96,730 on average came to see the team play.

Brittany Hicks and Chris Carmody came up with the idea of writing an original song about THON when the two were selected as Mr. and Mrs. PR for the Mr. and Mrs. THON Pageant. "Diamonds In The Air," which features Carmody playing the guitar and rapping and Hicks singing, was a combined effort between the two earlier in the semester.

Men’s Soccer Advances To Sweet 16

The men's soccer team kept its hopes of winning a national championship alive on Sunday, edging 10th-seeded UC Santa Barbara 1-0 thanks to a late second half goal. It was a physical battle, with the two teams collectively amassing 37 fouls and six cards, but Nittany Lions freshman Connor Maloney was the only player to find the back of the net in the game.
