One day after four-star defensive tackle recruit Thomas Holley flipped his commitment from Penn State to Florida, four-star defensive back recruit Troy Vincent, Jr. flipped his commitment from Penn State to NC State, according to Bruce Feldman of CBS Sports.

UPUA Discusses $6 Student Activity Fee Increase
