Louis Freeh Reportedly Hospitalized Following Car Accident

CNN and other national outlets are reporting that former FBI Director Louis Freeh, the university’s investigator during the Sandusky Scandal, was hospitalized following a car accident in Vermont.

According to a U.S. law enforcement official who spoke to CNN, Freeh is undergoing surgery for unspecified injuries. That’s about all of the information made available.

Freeh, most famous to the country for being the Director of the FBI from September 1993 to June 2001, is of course a name many Penn Staters don’t like hearing. Freeh’s investigation has been slammed since its release, but it was the grounds for the NCAA’s sanctions against Penn State.

We will update this post once more information is released. Don’t be dumb in the comments.
