Three-star defensive tackle Michael Dwumfour (DePaul Catholic/Wayne, NJ) announced his commitment to James Franklin and Penn State University today, joining a loaded Class of 2016 that will see him team up with four-star defensive end Shane Simmons -- one of the top defensive end recruits in the country.
