Penn State coffee lovers have a new spot to enjoy the good ole bean, as Dunkin’ Donuts opened its fourth State College franchise last Friday.

The once-vacant lot located on 1311 South Atherton Street adjacent from Papa John’s is now home to the drive thru Dunkin’ and Atherton Place, a new fully-rented apartment complex opening today. 

Students on-the-go will no longer need to trek down to College Avenue for their DD fix. The new drive thru alleviates the need to leave the comfort of one’s car on the way to class.

It’s never fun to spill your java, but at least it makes for some interesting contemporary artwork.

All the words you could possibly use to describe coffee are also on display incase you weren’t sold.

Those trademark fried dough rings and breakfast sandwiches must already be calling your name, so stop by the new Dunkin’ Donuts on South Atherton to try them for yourself.
