Actor, writer, musician, and this year’s Battle of the Bands winner Cecil Blutcher is the opening act for Movin’ On 2016. Blutcher is currently enrolled in Penn State’s M.F.A. in acting program and uses music as another way to exercise his creative mind. We sat down with Blutcher to learn more about the multi-talented Chicago-born artist leading up to his Movin’ On debut.
