Here Are The (Less Overwhelming) Upcoming Involvement Fairs

You may have stopped by the HUB lawn for the involvement fair Monday, but chances are you missed out on a gem of an organization. With hundreds of tables, it was nearly impossible to explore each of them between classes. Luckily, there are plenty of smaller, less overwhelming involvement fairs coming up on campus, and some of them are even in air conditioned buildings.

Here are the upcoming involvement fairs:

Agricultural Sciences Involvement Fair – August 31, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Creamery Lawn

Smeal Student Involvement Fair – September 6, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Business Building Atrium

Communications Involvement Fair – August 30, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in HUB Alumni Hall (come say hi to us!)

Pollock Halls Residence Association Involvement Fair – August 24, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Pollock Rec Room

The best part is that you don’t have to be studying in the specific college or living in Pollock Halls to attend, so if you didn’t find your place on campus yet, these fairs could be the opportunity to do just that. If you are studying in one of these colleges, you’ll be able to meet upperclassmen from your major, find ways to master your craft, perfect your resume, or at the very least get some advice about what classes in your field don’t suck.
