Gameday Coverage: No. 8 Penn State vs. Rutgers

James Franklin and Chris Ash will meet for the first time Saturday night in High Point Solutions Stadium. No. 8 Penn State (8-2, 6-1 Big Ten) is riding a six-game winning streak in conference play, while the Scarlet Knights (2-8, 0-7 Big Ten) have lost all seven of their Big Ten games, sometimes by huge margins.
