Penn State Football Signee Micah Parsons Injures Ankle Playing High School Basketball

Infamous Penn State football signee Micah Parsons injured his ankle Wednesday night in Harrisburg while playing high school basketball, according to PennLive’s Brian Linder. He left the game on crutches and was later icing his ankle.

“It’s going to be fine,” Parsons told PennLive. “This is just a sprain. Nothing is broke.”

As one does, Micah Parsons quote tweeted Linder to say “Pray for me.” I’d venture to say he’ll be fine.

Parsons, who signed with Penn State on early national signing day, is expected to enroll early at Penn State for the spring semester in two weeks. Wednesday’s basketball game at Berks Catholic was his last with the Harrisburg basketball team.
