If you happened to be outside the BJC this afternoon, you were likely greeted by happy Penn Staters ready to get this show on the road. Tutus are a must have as you wait in line, rain or shine, to get the best seat in the house. Organizations scramble to find the perfect section to support their dancers, and we stand — more than ready for the next 46:
