"Although it's still unclear where my own path, where my own train, is headed, I know that if I could go back and begin the same journey again, I would slow down as I passed through Happy Valley."

Administrators remain optimistic construction will begin in the coming weeks as Pennsylvania begins loosening social and workplace restrictions.
"At the end of the day, we [have to] find a way to make it work if we can, as long as everyone is going to be safe and healthy."
So far, nearly $2,000 have been raised to help feed State College families.
