Summer Changes To Penn State Transportation, CATA To Begin May 3

Penn State Transportation Services and CATA will implement reduced service changes for the summer starting on Monday, May 3, the university announced this week.

Here’s a brief rundown of affected services on campus and downtown through late August.

CATA Campus Service

  • Green Link: out of service
  • White Loop: out of service
  • Blue Loop: reduced service, available Monday through Friday
  • Red Link: reduced service, available Monday through Saturday

CATA Community Service

  • There will be no HU, NE, NV, RC, RP, VE, VN, and WE service.
  • HM route: reduced schedule

Campus Shuttle Service

  • There will be no Campus Shuttle via Beaver Ave. service.

CATA and the Campus Shuttle via Beaver Ave. will resume their full-service schedules on Saturday, August 21, and Monday, August 23, respectively. For more information on the routes and schedules, visit CATA’s website.
