Penn Staters Eager For Arrival Of State College Raising Cane’s

Chicken finger and Texas toast lovers, rejoice! Popular fast food joint Raising Cane’s is coming to State College sometime soon after it resolves a few zoning issues.

The national chain restaurant, which boasts a distinct spread of favorites like tenders, fries, coleslaw, and special sauces, announced that it intends to open a location in the former leasing office of HERE State College

Naturally, Penn Staters took to Twitter to share their excitement. Most folks could hardly contain their enthusiasm for the new eatery.

Others were simply grateful, perhaps even more so after the departure of Penn State’s beloved Chick-fil-A from the HUB.

Some alums and recently graduated seniors voiced their sadness that they aren’t in Happy Valley for this momentous occasion.

Chicken fingers. That’s it. That’s the tweet.
