Bellefonte’s Talleyrand Park To Host Fall Festival, Halloween Parade October 30

The Bellefonte Sunrise Rotary Club will host the Talleyrand Fall Fest and Annual Halloween Parade from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 30.

The Halloween parade will line up at 11 a.m. at Bellefonte Elementary School, and the procession will start at 11:30 a.m. and end at the Talleyrand Park Gazebo.

The festival will take place at Talleyrand Park and runs from noon to 4 p.m. It will have kids’ games and activities, hayrides, a draft beverages tasting tent, and food for those who attend.

The festival will also include a trick-or-treating from noon to 4 p.m. as well. The event is free to attend.
