Penn State Football’s Jaquan Brisker Accepts Senior Bowl Invite

Penn State safety Jaquan Brisker accepted an invitation to the 2022 Reese’s Senior Bowl on Tuesday morning.

Brisker opted to use his extra year of eligibility to return to Happy Valley, and it’s paid off immensely so far. As one of Penn State’s six esteemed team captains, Brisker is enjoying a career year holding down the back end of Penn State’s secondary and coming up with huge stops for the defense all season long.

To date, he’s racked up 44 total tackles, six tackles for a loss, a fumble recovery, and two interceptions. He’s also broken up four passes and logged a quarterback hit against Villanova.

So far, Brisker is the second Nittany Lion to accept his Senior Bowl invite. He joins hybrid defensive end Jesse Luketa.

The Senior Bowl annually hosts seniors from schools across the country to showcase their talents and skillsets in front of NFL scouts and representatives. This year’s game will kick off on February 5, 2022, in Mobile, Alabama.
