Penn State Hoops-Minnesota To Offer Free Admission For Students

As Penn State men’s basketball enters the final stretch of its regular-season home game slate, students will get the chance to attend at least one more game at the Bryce Jordan Center without having to pay admission.

The Nittany Lions’ matchup against the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Thursday, February 17, will offer free admissions for all Penn State students. To get in, students should bring their Penn State IDs to Gate A before the game tips off.

Penn State’s home game against Minnesota was supposed to occur on January 19 but got postponed due to COVID-19 exposures within the Golden Gophers’ program. The Nittany Lions are 0-1 against Minnesota this year after dropping an away game 76-70 last weekend.

Tip-off for Thursday’s game is set for 4 p.m. at the BJC. Those who can’t make it in person can watch the game live on the Big Ten Network.
