Original Story: Penn State’s campus-wide Pride Month officially kicks off on Friday, April 1, with a march and rally across campus.

The Penn State community is invited to join student organizations and supporters to pridefully march across campus. The annual event will begin at the HUB before the group marches to Old Main in display of support for the LGBTQ+ community.

Throughout the event, those in attendance are encouraged to fly pride flags and bring posters to support the cause.

Those who plan to join the rally and march should meet at the HUB’s lower-level entrance at 11 a.m. on Friday. The march itself will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Penn State’s Campus Pride Month is sponsored and supported by the Center for Sexual Diversity. Head online to check out a full list of celebratory events planned throughout April.
