Your Movin’ On 2022 Weather Forecast
Congrats, Penn State. The spring semester is just about finished. Now, as the last day of classes approaches, it’s time to rock at Movin’ On 2022.
Movin’ On, Penn State’s annual end-of-semester music festival, returns to the IM Fields on Friday, April 29, for the first time since 2019. But before you venture across campus to sing and dance along to a star-studded lineup, you’ll need to check the weather and prepare for the elements.
Friday’s forecast calls for a high of 60° with wind gusts up to 18 mph, according to AccuWeather. Temperatures are expected to drop into the low 30s overnight, though, so consider bringing a hoodie to keep you warm by the time Jack Harlow takes the stage.
Additionally, Friday should feature plenty of sunshine along with a 0% chance of precipitation. That’s pretty good news, especially considering Movin’ On doesn’t let attendees bring umbrellas to the festival.
If you’re heading over to the IM Fields on Friday, be sure to apply some sunscreen. AccuWeather is calling for “very high” UV index, which could leave you redder than that sunburn you’ve got from the Blue-White Game last weekend.
Once you’re packed, continue prepping for Movin’ On by listening to our curated playlist or reading over our guide of everything you’ll need to know.
