Jaquan Brisker Training With NFL Star Aaron Donald Ahead Of Rookie Season

Former Penn State football star Jaquan Brisker has been training with three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year and Los Angeles Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald ahead of his rookie season, according to the pair’s trainer on Twitter.

The safety, who was drafted No. 48 overall by the Bears in the 2022 NFL Draft, has been training alongside Donald and Kent State wideout Dante Cephas.

Brisker’s speed trainer, who goes by 210ths on Twitter, posted a few videos featuring Brisker, Donald, and Cephas going through a series of drills. The trio moves through workouts including cone, ladder, and hurdle drills as part of their training.

Brisker’s training with the Rams’ star comes after he stood out in Bears’ minicamp just over a week ago. The Nittany Lion will begin OTA practices with Chicago starting on Monday, May 16.

As a second-round pick of the Bears, Brisker will aim to make an impact for Chicago’s defense in his rookie season as the team tries to right the ship after an underwhelming showing last season.
