A prank? Not really. A social experiment? Absolutely.
One of our staffers, Tobey Prime, headed downtown to Allen Street to see if Penn State students and townies alike would be willing to guide him safely across the street. It may’ve been embarrassing at times, but there was no shortage of helpful folks who guided Prime across the street.
