On this week’s episode of Podward State, hosts Grace Cunningham, Connor Krause, and Shannon Smith, along with guest host Tobey Prime, are joined by Penn State men’s basketball head coach Micah Shrewsberry.

The gang chats with Shrewsberry about his playing career at Hanover College, his relationship with NBA stars like Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, his presence around campus, and more. We even get to hear about Shrewsberry’s favorite binge-worthy television shows.

Next, Penn State Homecoming’s executive director, Tim Nevil, joins the crew in the studio. Nevil discusses the events we can expect at this year’s celebration, what Homecoming means to him, and more.

Podward State is an Onward State-produced podcast that releases weekly episodes on Spotify and YouTube during Penn State’s fall and spring semesters. Each episode features discussions with guests about all things Penn State, including sports, news, student life, entertainment, and more.
