PSU Votes To Hold Voter Registration Clinic Through October 24

PSU Votes is holding a voter registration clinic in the HUB from Wednesday, October 12, to Monday, October 24, to help students through the process of registration before the deadline.

Starting Wednesday, students can visit table No. 3 in the HUB between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. every day until the voter registration deadline on October 24. The registration event is one of the many activities organized by PSU Votes this month to encourage civic involvement from Penn Staters.

Last week, PSU Votes and Penn State hosted a civic engagement fair in the HUB. The fair included student organization tables offering nonpartisan registration and election information as well as speakers from organizations like Centre County Government and League of Women Voters. The event also featured games, giveaways, and a Berkey Creamery ice cream truck to inspire students to register.

PSU Votes and UPUA are working together to host more activities that’ll teach students about the registration and voting processes before Election Day on Tuesday, November 8.

More information on voter registration, elections, and making an informed decision can be found on the PSU Votes website.
