Duck earned second-team All-ACC honors after recording 46 tackles, three interceptions, and a forced fumble during the 2022 season. In his four seasons with North Carolina, Duck racked up 103 tackles, five interceptions, and a defensive touchdown.

The 6’0″, 205-pound cornerback is the second player to transfer to the Nittany Lions this month. FAU punter Riley Thompson transferred to the program on December 17.

With star cornerback Joey Porter Jr declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft, Duck will likely figure into the top of a Penn State defensive back room seeking veteran experience.
