Red Wins Color Wars At THON 2023

THON 2023’s Color Wars grand finale brought some life to the Bryce Jordan Center during the weekend’s final hours, with Red taking the crown.

Dancers, along with Dancer Relations committee members, have been competing in different contests throughout the year and during THON Weekend. Each committee was assigned specific colors in this year’s theme “DRanger Things.” This year’s colors were red, green, pink, and blue.

Although each committee is working against one another, Color Wars allows people on the floor to get to know each other, regardless of what color they’re representing.

Each year on THON’s final day, these points are counted up and the color with the most points takes the cake as the overall winner.

This year, Red was deemed as the champion while Green took second place and Pink finished in third. As a reward, Red can now choose a color to eliminate from next year’s competition.
