Scott Jr. is joining the Detroit Lions, according to a report from the Centre Daily Times.
A Penn State Athletics spokesperson said that after further investigation, "no apparent racial slurs were used by Penn State fans."
The Nittany Lions are the third-highest ranked team in the Big Ten ahead of the conference tournament.
The Nittany Lions are also listed as underdogs against Michigan and Ohio State.
The fight, which is slated for 10 p.m. on March 4, will be available to stream on ESPN+.
Film screenings, panels, and empowerment events will take place throughout March in honor of National Women's History Month.
