Penn State Blue Band Applications Open Through April 28

The Penn State Blue Band is accepting audition applications for the 2023 season until Friday, April 28.

The Blue Band is open to all students that attend the University Park campus. New members join through competitive auditions, and all members, both new and returning, must audition annually. Around 320 students are selected for membership each year.

In the audition application, those interested in joining will need to provide basic information about themselves, such as anticipated graduation year, major, and section they are interested in. Once the application is complete, an email with more details about the audition process will be sent out with information regarding audition dates and video submissions.

The audition application can be found on the Blue Band’s website.
