Italian hip-hop artist Amir Issaa, in collaboration with the Italian Student Society, is set to host two events on campus from 4 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, at Heritage Hall in the HUB.
The theme for the events is “A Multicultural Italy: Embracing Diversity and Transnational Identities.” Issaa will hold a concert and a roundtable discussion for students to highlight and celebrate national identity and culture.
Issaa is a renowned Italo-Egyptian artist, best known for his hip-hop style of multilingual music that aims to inspire his audience on issues related to diversity and inclusion.
