Transfer Portal Roundup: Week 12

Penn State football closed its 2023 season at Beaver Stadium with a 27-6 victory over Rutgers Saturday, featuring heroics from Kaytron Allen and backup quarterback Beau Pribula.

While the Nittany Lions were busy saying goodbye to their seniors and dominating the ground game, some former Penn Staters did well for their respective teams as the regular season comes to a close.

Ta’Quan Roberson, UConn

Ta’Quan Roberson played his best game of the season in the Huskies’ 31-3 win over Sacred Heart. Roberson completed 22 of his 35 attempts for 201 yards and four touchdowns. Roberson had four carries for 30 yards and a near-perfect passing rating of 148.8 as well.

Daniel George, Akron

Daniel George played in a Tuesday night-scrum that resulted in a 30-27 double-overtime loss to Eastern Michigan. George had five receptions for 83 yards, including one 46-yard catch.

Storm Duck, Louisville

Storm Duck and the Louisville Cardinals pulled off another win in the team’s impressive 10-1 campaign. Duck had three tackles and a pass deflection in the 38-31 victory over Miami. Duck now has 19 total tackles and four pass deflections on the season.

Noah Cain, LSU

LSU blew out Georgia State 56-14 on Saturday. Even in the blowout, Noah Cain didn’t see the ball much as he had only one carry for 20 yards.
