Sisters On The Runway To Host Model Auditions For Spring Fashion Show

Sisters on the Runway is set to hold model auditions for its annual spring fashion show from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, and Thursday, January 18, in the White Building’s room 106.

Sisters on the Runway is a student-run organization focused on raising awareness against sexual assault and domestic violence on campus. The club hosts various events throughout the year in the hope of empowering and providing a safe space within the Penn State community for abuse survivors.

The organization’s annual spring fashion show raises money for the healing efforts of domestic abuse and sexual assault victims in a way that showcases the creativity and artistic talent of the Penn State community.

If you’re planning to audition for a model position, you only need to attend one of the two audition time slots listed. In terms of attire, participants are encouraged to wear a black shirt and heels. All genders are welcome to try out and no prior experience is needed. If chosen, models will be required to attend fittings and rehearsals before the show on Sunday, April 21.

If you feel like trying out your new catwalk or strutting your stuff down the runway for a great cause, the sign-up sheet for the auditions can be found here
