[Photo Story] THON 2024 Kids’ Talent Show

Throughout the THON 2024 Kids’ Talent Show, the Bryce Jordan Center witnessed Four Diamonds’ children, teens, and siblings showcase a wide variety of special talents.

From solo singing performances to action-packed lightsaber duels, there was no shortage of marvel present during the show. Our photographers were at the forefront of the spectacle to capture each unique performance.

Penn State Health Music Therapy kicked off the talent show performing “Let’s Talk About Chemo” with the tune of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno.”

Carly Wilfong brought warmer vibes to Happy Valley with the song “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride” from the movie Stitch.

The gymnastic routine by Clara and Scarlett Shepp received loud applause from the crowd.

Charlize Curry made sure everybody knows that girls run the world with a spirited dance ensemble.

It didn’t take long for the crowd to get hyped up again, as Jackson Brennen ripped the electric guitar and sang “Should I Stay Or Should I Go” by The Clash.

Mario Ourardi basked in the BJC spotlight donning his sparkly blue suit. The dazzled look was accompanied by a singing performance of “My Girl” by The Temptations.

Mina Horan delivered a tear-jerking performance to “Diamond” by Rihanna. The crowd raised their phone flashlights in unison to play their part in delivering a show-stopping display.

Levi and Christian Krodel returned to the THON stage with another lightsaber duel. The students in the stands were at the edge of their seats anticipating the result.

The Fleagle Boys wrapped up the Kids’ Talent Show with an emphatic rendition of “The Greatest Show.” Each member of the ensemble showed off their impressive vocal ranges throughout the closing act.
