[Photo Story] 46 Of Our Favorite Photos From THON 2024

THON 2024 created endless memories, dancing, and emotions, and this year, THON raised $16,955,683.63 all For The Kids, breaking a record for the third consecutive year.

From the human tunnel to the total reveal and all the line dances and performances in between, our photographers documented all 46 hours of the no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon.

Dancer Relations captains…to the stage!

After the dancers made their way to the Bryce Jordan Center and began their journey, the first THON 2024 line dance began.

WALK THE MOON took the stage Friday night and fired up the BJC with its hit song, “Shut Up and Dance.”

Lots of bubbles were blown this weekend, which made for great photo-ops.

In the early hours of Saturday morning, the dancers rejuvenated themselves with Slides of Strength, piggyback rides, electrifying performances, and lots of water.

Outside of the BJC, the THON Explorers Program gathered the Penn State football team and THON families to participate in fun, games, and karaoke on Saturday afternoon.

Later on Saturday, Penn State athletes gathered in the Lasch Building for THON’s Athlete Hour.

The kids rocked the stage at the Kid’s Talent Show.

The BJC was dressed in White Out formation as the Pep Rally began.

To no surprise, men’s gymnastics was crowned the champion.

Following the Pep Rally, DJ Dosk brought the energy with an electric EDM setlist.

Sunday morning kicked off with Adam and the Armadillos as they rocked Country Hour at the BJC.

The Final Four began with line dances from the previous four years 2019 and a special message from Joe Jonas.

Immediately following Family Hour, Go Go Gadjet took the stage with a 2000s setlist to bring the energy to the BJC before ending the 46-hour dance marathon.

The dancers sat down and it was time for the total reveal. Lots of celebrating, tears, and hugs filled the arena.

Forty-six hours later, the Penn State and Four Diamonds community raised nearly $17 million all For The Kids.
