Josh Shapiro To Visit Penn State Berkey Creamery September 16

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro will swing by Penn State’s Berkey Creamery from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, according to a campaign schedule. Shapiro will come to Penn State as part of his efforts to work with Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign.

According to an event description, Shapiro will work on a “high traffic voter registration canvass” at Penn State.

It’s been a little while since Shapiro made a public appearance at Penn State. He was noticeably in attendance at Penn State’s home loss to Michigan in 2023 and appeared at THON the same year.

This is the first time Shapiro has come to campus specifically to campaign since he became governor. Shapiro did campaign for himself and John Fetterman when he came to campus in 2022.
