Abbott & Big Ten Team Up For ‘The We Give Blood Drive’

Abbott and the Big Ten have joined together to create “The We Give Blood Drive,” the conference announced on Thursday.

The competition is between all 18 schools in the conference in an attempt to donate the most blood. The drive runs until December 6, with each donation equaling one point on a leaderboard for your school.

The winning school will get $1 million to advance student and community health. Individual donors will also earn a one-month free subscription to BTN+ and will also be entered into a lottery for a trip to the Big Ten Championship on December 7.

Abbott and the Big Ten are working together to end the largest blood shortage in a generation. Folks interested in donating blood can click here.
