2025 Class Gift To Renovate East Gateway At Ross Student Farm

Penn State’s Class of 2025 gift will renovate the East Gateway at the Ross Student Farm, the Student Philanthropy Network announced Wednesday.

The gift, selected by Penn State seniors, beat out the two other finalists: the Class of 2025 Disability Resource Endowment and Support for the Student Mental Health and Wellness Fund and Flourish Penn State.

“The East Entry Gateway at the Dr. Keiko Ross Student Farm is a highly visible and trafficked area, and support generated through the 2025 Class Gift will greatly elevate this key welcoming and wayfinding spot,” the Student Philanthropy Network wrote. “We plan to enhance the space through improving accessibility for mobility-challenged visitors, creating greater visibility for all guests, and establishing a scenic photo opportunity to provide visitors with a moment to celebrate the wonder of the farm and become excited about being a part of this learning and growing community.”

Folks interested in donating to the class gift can do so here. The campaign is set to end on May 31, 2025, and set a target of $30,000.
