Former Penn State Football Safety King Mack Enters Transfer Portal Again

Former Penn State football safety King Mack has entered the transfer portal after one year at Alabama, according to Hayes Fawcett. Mack spent his true freshman season at Penn State before transferring to the Crimson Tide.

Mack entered the portal from Penn State in early May 2024 and committed to Alabama just over a week later.

In one year at Penn State, Mack appeared in all 13 games in 2023 and was considered one of the Nittany Lions’ best young prospects. He was primarily used on special teams but registered three total tackles and a quarterback hurry. In the year at Alabama, Mack recorded 14 tackles.
