Penn State Men’s Hockey Team Goal Makes SportsCenter’s Top 10

Teamwork makes the dream work!

On Friday night, Penn State men’s hockey opened the scoring against Canisius with a beautiful team goal where sophomore Matt Dimarsico set up freshman Charlie Cerrato with a behind-the-back pass before Cerrato made one of his own to assist sophomore Aiden Fink with the finish.

The score, which set the Nittany Lions up for a 4-0 win, placed No. 10 on SportsCenter’s top 10 plays on Saturday morning.

The score was the second time the Nittany Lions made SportsCenter this season after goaltender John Seifarth’s save placed No. 2 in the top 10.

Penn State returns to action versus Cannisus on Saturday, January 18 at 5 p.m. in the Pegula Ice Arena.
