Homefield Apparel To Release Throwback Penn State Men’s Hockey Hoodie

Homefield Apparel is set to release a Penn State men’s hockey hoodie inspired by the 1983 club team, the company announced on Wednesday. The hoodie will be released on Thursday, January 30, at 10 a.m.

The jersey is a part of the rinkside hoodie collection, a line of hoodies that takes heavy inspiration from the design of hockey uniforms. Penn State is one of 17 schools in this collection, including other Big Ten Schools such as Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

The hoodie takes inspiration from the 1983-84 Penn State intercollegiate club hockey team, who won the American Collegiate Hockey Association national championship by defeating Arizona 7-5. More information on the Icers’ hockey history can be found here.
