Board Of Trustees Approves Lease Of College Township Land To Rehab Hospital

Penn State’s Board of Trustees approved the lease of around 5 acres of land to Catalyst Healthcare, or its affiliate, for an acute care rehabilitation hospital on behalf of PAM Health. The measure passed unanimously.

Catalyst Healthcare works in purchasing and developing real estate for healthcare companies and has worked with PAM Health in the past.

Anthony Misitano, a Penn State alum, serves as the founder and owner of PAM Health. Misitano and the healthcare company gave $25 million to Penn State Athletics in August 2024 for Beaver Stadium renovations.

PAM Health’s upcoming facility will sit at Interstate 99 and Innovation Park Boulevard in State College. The facility is expected to spread over 50,000 square feet.
