[Photo Story] Dollar Dog Night Returns To Medlar Field At Lubrano Park

Baseball season is officially back, and with it comes one of the most anticipated traditions of the year — Dollar Dog Night!

Penn State baseball kicked off the 2025 season with an exciting start, hosting its first Dollar Dog Night on Tuesday when it faced off against FDU. Fans filled the stands and enjoyed great baseball, exciting plays, and of course, delicious hot dogs for just a buck each. Our photographers were there on the scene to capture this eventful night.

Fans lined up at the concession stands, eager to grab their cheap snacks.

Thank you to Mother Nature for finally bringing us a 50º warm day for the game.

Who said you could only eat one? It’s $1, guys. There’s no shame in enjoying the tradition to the fullest.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a baseball fan or not — Dollar Dog Night is for everyone.

Three competitors geared up for the Penn State Baseball Hot Dog Race during the fifth inning, bringing excitement and fun to the game!

With the season in full swing, Dollar Dog Nights are here to stay, offering fans a chance to enjoy affordable snacks, great company, and thrilling action at the ballpark. See you at the next Dollar Dog Night!
