[Photo Story] Penn State Baseball 2026 Season Recap

Penn State baseball’s 2026 season ended on Saturday with a 6-4 loss to Maryland. The Nittany Lions ended with a regular season record of 16-35 and a 9-12 record in the Big Ten.
Despite not hitting expectations, Penn State battled from late-night games in the cold to sunny Dollar Dog nights.

Penn State opened the year with a tough non-conference schedule on the road before settling into Big Ten play and home games at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.





The Nittany Lions picked up memorable wins throughout Big Ten play, including against Washington, Rutgers, and Ohio State.





Dollar Dog Nights were always a big hit! Despite bad weather during a few, Penn State students always showed their love for hot dogs!





Michael Anderson put together one of the best power-hitting seasons in program history. Anderson broke Penn State’s single-season home run record with 20.


Jayden Davis and Bryce Molinaro also helped power the offense in key moments.Â
