‘Dear Evan Hansen’ To Perform In Eisenhower Auditorium March 27

The Tony and Grammy Award-winning musical “Dear Evan Hansen” is set to come to Penn State at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, in Eisenhower Auditorium.

Winner of the 2017 Tony Award for best musical, “Dear Evan Hansen” follows high school student Evan Hansen, who always feels like he’s on the outside looking in. The musical follows his story of finally getting a chance to fit in and even though it can be had, we can find each other along the way.

This rendition of “Dear Evan Hansen” includes Michael Fabisch as Evan Hansen, Hatty Ryan King as Zoe Murphy, Bre Cade as Heidi Hansen, Caitlin Sams as Cynthia Murphy, Alex Pharo as Connor Murphy, Jeff Brooks as Larry Murphy, Gabriel Vernon Nunag as Jared Kleinman and Makena Jackson as Alana Beck.

The musical contains adult themes, including discussions of suicide, and is recommended for ages 12 and older.
