Buffalo Wild Wings Pushes State College Opening To March 25

Buffalo Wild Wings has pushed back its projected opening date for its State College location to Tuesday, March 25, with an 11 a.m. opening. Executive Director of Marketing Rick Small told Onward State that all inspections for the location have been completed and approved.

The restaurant, which is slated to open at the Maxxen at 134 S. Garner St., previously planned on a March 17 opening to coincide with students returning from spring break, Saint Patrick’s Day, and the start of March Madness. There will still be plenty of basketball to catch at the restaurant once it opens, though.

The restaurant, known for its wings, features a menu with 26 sauces and rubs, as well as burgers, chicken sandwiches, wraps, and more. According to a release, the bar will have 30 beers on tap.
