Penn State Men’s Lacrosse Stays At No. 8 In Inside Lacrosse Rankings

Penn State men’s lacrosse stayed as No. 8 in the latest edition of Inside Lacrosse rankings, released Monday afternoon.

Despite beating then-No. 19 John Hopkins on Saturday, the Nittany Lions stayed put with their ranking from last week. Penn State has beaten its last two ranked opponents in the last two weeks after suffering consecutive losses against then-No. 2 Maryland and then-No. 9 Ohio State.

Other Big Ten teams in the week 10 rankings include No. 3 Maryland, No. 6 Ohio State, No. 13 Michigan, and No. 18 Rutgers. Penn State’s opponent from last week, John Hopkins, fell out of the rankings this week.

Penn State will play its final regular-season game on Saturday, April 18, when it will take on No. 18 Rutgers on Senior Day at Panzer Stadium.
