Penn State Men’s Lacrosse Midfielder Kyle Aldridge Signs With Maryland Whipsnakes

Penn State men’s lacrosse midfielder Kyle Aldridge is heading to the Premier Lacrosse League after being signed to the Maryland Whipsnakes on Friday afternoon.

The senior midfielder has scored three goals and recorded two assists for the Nittany Lions this season. Along with that, he has scooped up 23 ground balls and caused four turnovers.

During his four years at Penn State, Aldridge has scored 14 goals and assists as well. He has scooped up 79 ground balls and caused 22 turnovers.  He will join TJ Malone and Tate Gallagher on the Whipsnakes.

Aldridge and the No. 5-ranked Nittany Lions will play in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, May 18. They will take on Notre Dame at noon at Navy-Marine Corps Stadium in Annapolis, Maryland. The game will be televised on ESPNU.
