Penn State Baseball Infielder Brendan Gardner Enters Transfer Portal

Another Nittany Lions is headed to the portal.

Penn State baseball infielder Brendan Gardner announced on X on Wednesday he is entering the transfer portal with four years of eligibility remaining.

Gardner, a Los Angeles, California native spent his freshman campaign with the Nittany Lions. The switcher hitter can play anywhere around the diamond but did not see the field in his lone season with the blue and white.

Gardner is the ninth Nittany Lion to enter the transfer portal from Mike Gambino’s squad.
